Heritage Toyota needs a customer oriented person to field incoming e-mails, telephone calls, and chats from service customers. Primary schedule will be 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday with a rotating Saturday.
Previous call center experience and familiarity with the automotive industry preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate!
